If you cannot afford your court fees you can ask the judge to waive them. Use these instructions to complete both these forms:
- Fee waiver application. This form tells the judge why you think you qualify for a fee waiver.
- Fee waiver order. Only fill out the top part of this form. The judge will fill out the rest when they approve or deny your application.
